That does not mean every loan has to fit a rigid box. A strong property, conservative leverage, credible plan, and honest borrower can make a compelling loan even when one part of the file is imperfect.

Pantheon is headquartered in North Carolina and has deep lending experience throughout the Southeast, particularly within the Carolinas. We are also open to strong residential opportunities in other markets where the borrower, collateral, and structure justify the loan.

- Strong preference and experience in North Carolina
- Comfortable in South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and other select markets
- Open to well-structured residential deals outside our core markets
- Unwilling to lend where legal, market, or collateral risk does not make sense
